Chicago is my home base! I can also be considered a local hire in Detroit, San Francisco, NYC, and DC.
How is she described?
Good question! I’m an actor, writer, and producer with a concentration on comedy and a background in Musical Theatre.
What is she up to?
Improvising with Juicy (an all fem team with a gossip-based show) and Kismet (an iO house team). I’m getting my writing groove on with JOYSTICK (the resident iO sketch ensemble) and Rebecca Jaffe, to perform sketch and musical comedy in our duo Jaffe & Magy. I also strut my stuff around Chicago with solo burlesque, stand-up, and characters! You can see all sorts of my ideas on Instragram at @hannah_magy (32K followers). How is she?
Thank you for asking! I’m okay, but I’d be better if I had some cheese. I love cheese. Feta is my favorite, but I have strong opinions on all.
